| Ambassadors take ownership of the charitable events at their host course by helping to select charitable partners, working with partner organizations to conceptualize fundraising events, and promoting and orchestrating the events. Ambassadors also volunteer year-round with mentoring programs for local youths; canned food and toy drives for needy families; golf skills contests benefiting worthy non-profit organizations; and both national and local fundraising efforts for crisis victims. |

| Ambassadors play a critical role in helping the American Golf Foundation further its mission to promote the enjoyment of the game of golf and its ideals through charity, education and community service. Ambassadors help to promote the game by educating golfers regarding pace of play, golf rules and etiquette, and other aspects that help to improve their enjoyment and understanding of the game. Ambassadors also provide an invaluable service to the community by acting as role models, participating in community outreach programs. |
